Brief Job Description:
- A Showroom Hostess / Host is responsible for handling the front office work.
- The individual attends to the customers and coordinates response to their queries.
- An individual on this job must have good communication and interpersonal skills along with a pleasing personality to handle the front office desk attending to all sorts of enquiries from the customers.
- The individual must be patient and good listening ability and highly customer centric attitude is highly desirable to understand various requirements and tackle the irate customers.
